Option 1 – Exchange Permitted:
We accept exchange to product is determined to be defective due to manufacturer error or defective materials during the period 14 days from the date you purchase. You can return items in the original packaging with your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If you couldn’t provide us original
packaging with your proof of purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.
Option 2 -Trade-In and Custom Mobile App Development:
You can trade-in your current N.A.P by customizing your own Mobile App. Custom Mobile App design and development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, Najah retains all monies paid and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Returns do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1.Defective N.A.P products may only be exchanged within 14 days of the date of client purchase. In order to process exchange, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about client use of N.A.P product that
may help us understand the potential defect.
2. In the event that a N.A.P product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair the N.A.P product as needed.
3. If it is determined that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a new N.A.P product.
4.All exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that originally came with N.A.P Product.
5.Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times (if have).
6.After the exchange, there’s no warranty on the product such as accessories , documentation, etc that originally came with N.A.P Product.
